OK-BITOK: Delta-Neutral Funding Strategy on Hyperliquid

How the Strategy Works

The strategy implements a fully automated delta-neutral approach. The goal is to deliver stable returns by systematically capturing funding payments on Hyperliquid perpetual futures across assets such as HYPE, BTC, ETH, and others.

Delta-Neutral Principle:

• Long 1 HYPE (spot) → Δ = +1
• Short 1 HYPE (perp) → Δ = −1
• Result: net Δ = 0

This balance removes directional market risk and allows us to earn the funding differential between a spot long and a perp short.

Operating model:

• VIP API format
  • The investor provides a trading-only API key for their own Hyperliquid account.
  • The key is used strictly for trade management. Withdrawals via the key are impossible.
  • All assets remain on the investor’s Hyperliquid account.
  • Positions are opened and rebalanced automatically to maintain near-zero delta.
• Vault format
  • Deposits and withdrawals are executed via the Hyperliquid vault smart contract.
  • Execution and accounting follow the protocol’s vault rules.
  • Positions are managed within the vault’s pooled capital.

Technology and Risk Management

• Algorithmic capital allocation between spot and perps.
• Automatic rebalancing based on funding dynamics.
• Order execution with slippage minimization.
• Liquidation risk controls with limited leverage.
• Real-time monitoring and reporting.
• API security: VIP API uses trading-only keys with no withdrawal rights. Custody remains on the investor’s side. For Vault, custody is governed by Hyperliquid’s vault protocol.

Strategy Economics

The strategy captures structural funding flows on Hyperliquid, where leverage demand leads to regular payments between long and short positions.

The revenue source is the realized market funding while maintaining near-zero delta, accounting for execution efficiency and costs.

Returns are based on realized market funding dynamics and are designed to be robust and reproducible across different market conditions.

Strategy Parameters

VIP API

• Minimum capital: 100,000 USDC
• Performance fee: < 10%, individually negotiated
• Management fee: by agreement or 0 if not specified
• Custody: funds and positions stay on the client’s own Hyperliquid account
• API: trading-only API keys, no withdrawal permission
• Lock-up: none at the protocol level; withdrawals are controlled by the client
• Execution: automatic opening and rebalancing to maintain near-zero delta

Vault

• Minimum deposit: 100 USDC
• Lock-up: 1 day
• Performance fee: 10% enforced at the protocol level
• Skin in the game: manager capital at least 5% of the vault’s TVL
• Custody & accounting: Hyperliquid vault smart contract
• Deposits & withdrawals: according to Hyperliquid vault rules

Referral Program (VIP API only)

• Partner reward: 20% of the fund’s net profit attributable to the referred client.
• Payout schedule: monthly.
